The school helps Wah learn to communicate so that he can work and play withother children. Skilled staff teach him signing and writing, supporting Wah as he learns how to play with other children and enjoy being a child.
Deaf children who can sign are given a free education by the Thai Government, but many children from poorer families are not eligible because they have had no opportunity to learn to sign.
The Sotpattana School is free, thus ensuring that every poor deaf child in Thailand has access to an education and a future. Your sponsorship can keep this school free for the children who so desperately need its help.
