Like his friends at the Camillian Centre, To's life depends on daily doses of drugs. To's father is dead and his mother is absent. Because of his illness there is no-one able or willing to care for him. He is only just 9. The Camillian Centre now is both his home and his family.
The Camillian Social Centre has been home to children with HIV for more than 10 years. It has excellent relations with local schools and medical facilities. Children born HIV positive get the best possible medical care and education in the community. Older children are now graduating from college and taking their place in the community able to live an independent life in safety.
