The Thai Children's Trust is a fundraising charity and owes a debt of gratitude to all who support our work. Our intention is always to treat both our supporters and those whose support we solicit courteously and fairly in accordance with the Donors’ Charter published by the Institute of Fundraising (see www.institute-of-fundraising.org.uk). All our fundraisers and fundraising consultants are required by contract to work to the Codes of Practice published by the Institute.
For your convenience we also intend to publish on our website all the information we supply to different statutory regulators so that supporters can find all the published information about our work in one place. The website also contains a great wealth of further information not required by law, but provided in order to help supporters form a full and informed view of our activities both in the UK and in Thailand.
If you have suggestions which will help us to improve the quality or the detail of the information we provide, we will be pleased to hear from you. Equally we will be delighted to answer any questions which will help you better to understand our work. Please e-mail your suggestions to contact us .
If you feel that in our dealing with you we have failed to reach the standards in fundraising to which we lay claim, or which you have a right to expect of us, and you wish to make a complaint, please write to the Chief Executive, Thai Children's Trust, 124 North End House, London W12 0RZ, telephone 020 7602 6203, or e-mail contact us . Your complaint will be investigated by the Chief Executive and you will receive a response from him.
If the Chief Executive’s response is unsatisfactory, you will be offered the opportunity to present your complaint to the Chair of Trustees.
